All our products are designed to withstand regular use and the outdoor elements. However we understand that, sometimes, life happens. In the rare event that a Darby product should fail to live up to its name, please do not contact the retailer who sold it to you. Instead, please reach out to us directly, so that we can rectify the situation personally.

Of course the Darby Warranty does not cover problems caused by:

• intentional misuse
• overloading
• theft
• modifications that compromise the integrity of the original product

Here at Darby Industries, we live the lifestyle we serve. And we know that many enthusiasts hesitate on purchasing an aftermarket part because they fear it will void their vehicle’s warranty.

The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, passed by Congress in 1975, governs consumer warranties. It also makes it illegal for companies or dealerships to void your warranty or deny coverage, simply because you used an aftermarket part. Unless the part or modification is directly responsible for causing non-defective factory parts to fail, it does not void your warranty.
